Last year I lost my Dad to Younger Onset Dementia, he was 68 years old. In my early twenties I lost my grandma to dementia. I made a promise to my Mum that I would do everything I could to help people living with dementia and those who care for them.
Join me and my family as we walk to beat dementia on the Coast.
Across Australia there are more than 425,000 people living with dementia and nearly 300,000 people who care for them.
On the Central Coast there are almost 6000 living with dementia.
Help us to raise awareness, reduce stigma and boost funds to fight dementia.
